Why is there no title report for the property I searched?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to find a title report for your search. Please ensure that you have searched the correct property. Check that the proper search criteria have been entered.

The property you are searching may not have a title associated with it. This can happen in the case of newly subdivided properties, and when a property is in the process of being assigned a new title reference.

Why is there more than one match for my property search?

Some properties have more than one Certificate of Title associated with them.

If your search returns more than one match, try to refine your search criteria. If you previously searched with the street address, try using the owner's name. This may help narrow the search to the specific property you are looking for.
