They’re here! New maps and exciting new features to help you work smarter!


If you subscribe to the Aerial and Mapping Prospector module in Property Guru, then from the 14th of August you will be using the very latest in cutting edge online mapping technology from Terralink.

The new upgraded mapping will provide you the following tools and benefits:

  • New look maps, including the completely new "Terrain" and aerial "Hybrid" map views to provide you with even greater context and information. You can view both natural and man-made features within the Terrain view, while the Hybrid view offers high resolution aerial imagery overlaid with the contextual information of parcels, addresses and roads found in the new Street Map view. 
  • Changes to addresses and roads are now updated DAILY - making these maps the most accurate and up-to-date New Zealand representation available on a national level.
  • Better visual representation of units, flats, apartments and cross lease properties with the address information located precisely on top of the relevant dwelling.
  • New functionality,  the mapping upgrade includes new property query tools that will allow you to select multiple properties one-by-one, or by drawing lines, circles or polygons around your target properties.
